🎨 Final Sale & Grading

All sales are final. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted once an order is placed unless Great Stone Dragon is unable to fulfill the order.

Enamel pins are handmade and may contain minor manufacturing variations. Pins are graded under natural lighting at arm's length and are not inspected for microscopic flaws.

⭐ Standard Grade: May include minor imperfections that are generally not noticeable at arm's length.

⭐⭐ Minor Flaw Grade: Contains more noticeable cosmetic imperfections that may be visible at arm's length but do not significantly affect the overall appearance.

⭐⭐⭐ Major Flaw Grade: Contains significant cosmetic imperfections that are clearly visible and is priced accordingly.

Please note that manufacturing characteristics shared across an entire production run may still be considered Standard Grade.
